Visiting the office
FCCI's Orange Park office is at 1465 Kingsley Ave, Orange Park, FL 32073. It is open Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Call 904.644.0092. Please give 24 hours notice to cancel or change a visit.
The office serves Orange Park, Fleming Island, Middleburg, Green Cove Springs and the rest of Clay County. It is led by Dr. Youssef Al-Saghir, Director of FCCI Clay County Operations. FCCI welcomes new patients. You can book by phone or through FCCI's appointment request form, sharing only your name and contact details.
Insurance and costs
FCCI accepts most major insurance, including Medicare, Tricare, Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield (except Shands' Gator Care), UnitedHealthcare and more. Humana is accepted except Humana Gold Plus HMO and Humana Medicaid. FCCI offers payment plans if necessary and a self-pay fee schedule.
Some insurance plans require a referral from your primary care doctor. Call 904.644.0092 and the team will tell you what your plan needs before your visit. Bring your insurance card and photo ID to every appointment, and let the front desk know if your coverage changes.
Emergencies
If you have chest pain, pressure, sudden shortness of breath, fainting, or signs of a stroke like face drooping, arm weakness or trouble speaking, call 911 right away. Do not drive yourself and do not wait for an appointment. For non-emergency questions after hours, call the office during business hours.
FCCI offers same day appointments and testing for urgent matters during business hours. FCCI doctors also cover most hospitals in Northeast Florida, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for care that cannot be done in the office. Please never use a website form to report symptoms or ask for urgent help.
